Conveyancing, in real estate terms, is the preparation of documents for the transfer of ownership of real estate from one person to another. For sellers (or more commonly the "vendor"), the preparation of a "Section 32 Vendor's Statement" is required prior to marketing the property for sale. Buyers should consult their solicitor prior to the signing of any contracts. |
